A 2 party system is an illusion of choice. A video on Direct Democracy / popular vote would be great.Rather than bitching about the system, look for alternatives.

I completely agree with his assessment that we need to get rid of the two party politics. Between both parties nothing ever gets done and what does get done is in favor of the big lobbying corporations, not the American people.

fuck... privatizing intelligence gathering, privatizing prisons? What is wrong with the world? The Supreme Court decision to allow multinational and foreign corporations to directly use funds to influence American politics (and then jack up prices to pay for the lobbying). There is no ambiguity, the government is for corporations by corporations. There is nothing else left. Fuck it.

Information like this is very important.Knowledge of who is involved in these corporations opens up the door to SCRUTINY.We don't want Government employees dishing contracts to their future or past employers. Like, Cheney provided to Halliburton, Remember?News organizations should continue to reveal the names and the contact history of those making monetary decisions for us.
